{"id":667,"date":"2023-06-18T16:33:25","date_gmt":"2023-06-18T14:33:25","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/adamtatrai.com\/por-que-entrenamos-descalzos\/"},"modified":"2024-06-02T11:11:29","modified_gmt":"2024-06-02T09:11:29","slug":"por-que-entrenamos-descalzos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/adamtatrai.com\/es\/por-que-entrenamos-descalzos\/","title":{"rendered":"\u00bfPor qu\u00e9 entrenamos descalzos?"},"content":{"rendered":"<blockquote><p>\u00a0&#8211; \u00bfPor qu\u00e9 entrenamos descalzos?<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Ha surgido la pregunta en todos mis grupos.<\/p>\n<p>La pregunta tiene sentido, ya que si entramos en un gimnasio moderno el siguiente mensaje nos da la bienvenida:<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: center;\">\u201e\u00a1Es obligatorio cambiarse los zapatos!\u201d<\/h4>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>En cambio, lo que yo digo por primera vez cuando alguien pregunta por el entrenamiento es que solo traiga toalla y alg\u00fana bebida con \u00e9l\/ella.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>&#8211; Y zapatos, no?<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Zapatos, no.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Para m\u00ed, quien empec\u00e9 a hacer karate cuando ten\u00eda 7 a\u00f1os -sin zapatos- despu\u00e9s <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0practiqu\u00e9 natacion <\/span>por a\u00f1os -sin zapatos- m\u00e1s tarde conoc\u00ed los entrenamientos de kettlebell -otra vez sin zapatos- no hay nada raro en entrenarse sin zapatos.<\/p>\n<p>Pero se puede ver que con esta actitud pertenezco a la minor\u00eda, por eso aqu\u00ed est\u00e1n unos argumentos a favor de entrenarse descalzo o -en otras palabras- contra el uso de los zapatos.<\/p>\n<p><strong>1. Aumenta la estabilidad del pie:<\/strong> ya que el zapato no estabiliza el tal\u00f3n y la plantilla no soporta el arco de pie, los m\u00fasculos y los ligamentos del pie y la planta del pie tienen que hacerlo. Para mantener un arco de pie fuerte es esencial tener m\u00fasculos fuertes y activos en el pie. Los zapatos no sirven para esto, pero el entrenamiento descalzo y los ejercicios de pie s\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-589 \" src=\"https:\/\/adamtatrai.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/FlatfootvsStrongfoot.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"338\" srcset=\"https:\/\/adamtatrai.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/FlatfootvsStrongfoot.jpeg 1000w, https:\/\/adamtatrai.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/FlatfootvsStrongfoot-300x169.jpeg 300w, https:\/\/adamtatrai.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/FlatfootvsStrongfoot-768x432.jpeg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 600px) 100vw, 600px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>2. Aumenta la movilidad del tobillo:<\/strong> el pie fuerte y estable puede permitir tener un tobillo m\u00f3vil, sin mencionar, si el zapato no levanta tu tal\u00f3n, estas forzado a flexionar tu tobillo. Desarrolla la propiocepci\u00f3n,<\/strong> es decir, la habilidad de sentir tu cuerpo en el espacio. Despu\u00e9s de la palma de tu mano hay m\u00e1s terminaciones nerviosas en la planta del pie. Ayuda a evitar las deformidades del pie y de los dedos del pie causadas por el zapato.<\/strong> La mayor\u00eda de los fabricantes de zapatos sigue la forma que la moda dicta en vez de la forma de la anatom\u00eda -aunque ser\u00eda sano al rev\u00e9s- y quiere que nuestro pie se adapte a la forma del zapato.
